Successful Leadership Transitions:
creating journeys that sustain leaders and elevate organisations
About You:
You’ve just stepped into a new leadership role: maybe coming from a different industry, being promoted or becoming first time leaders.
It’s a big opportunity, and it comes with high expectations.
Underneath the surface, it’s common for even the most capable leaders to feel the pressure: new culture, unfamiliar systems, new stakeholders, and the quiet weight of “getting it right.”
Whether you’re a first-time manager or a senior leader, this kind of transition can shake even the most confident.
Research shows that leadership transitions - especially in the first 12–18 months - are among the most high-risk periods in a leader’s career. While many companies focus on onboarding and early wins, lasting transitions take longer and go deeper.
Why it works
My Transition Coaching works because it’s grounded in real-world experience. I spent a decade in Talent Acquisition, placing hundreds of senior leaders into high-stakes roles across global industries. I know what organizations look for, what new leaders face, and what it takes to succeed in those early, high-pressure months. In recent years, I’ve coached leaders through precisely these transitions with measurable, lasting results.
What makes this program even more effective is the combination of a proven leadership transition framework — the Double Diamond Framework© by Navid Nazemian — with the depth of leadership coaching and an embodied, whole-person approach to development.
It gives you the tools to maximise your leadership impact, and the space to grow into the kind of leader you truly want to be, without sacrificing your well-being or values along the way.
