About me

I’ve always been drawn to people - their stories, their choices, and what drives them. I love meaningful conversations, the kind that open doors to new ways of doing and being. That’s what led me to coaching.

I work best with passionate people, leaders who are committed to growing, not just in their roles, but in themselves.

Before becoming a coach, I spent a decade in Talent Acquisition & HR across banking, consulting, and pharma. I worked closely with leadership teams and supported over 300 professionals as they stepped into new roles. It gave me a clear view of what successful transitions actually require, far beyond a new title or onboarding checklist.

But my most profound lessons came from life itself: surviving cancer twice in my twenties, relocating across countries, changing industries, burning out from the corporate grind, and becoming a father. Each of these moments tested me and ultimately transformed me. I was pushed past my limits and forced to take full ownership of my life, rather than being carried by circumstances.

These experiences taught me resilience, persistence, and a radically different way of seeing the world - one that meets challenge with courage and possibility.

I believe real transformation doesn’t come from insight alone. It comes from shifting how we relate to ourselves, in mind and in body. To truly change, we have to go beyond thinking. We need to access the wisdom that lives beneath thought - where intuition, emotion, and presence come together.

That’s the heart of my work: an embodied, whole-person approach to leadership growth. This is where real change takes root. Change that supports my clients in leading with clarity, grounded presence, and a deeper sense of authenticity.
